Yes? That word, "fiasco", was used repeatedly about Firs4Internet's rootkits, but our company, which had no rootkit problem, responded and moved ahead. If Sony-BMG had anything to say against this particular company, it could be called astonishing that it entered their heads to do so so long after that event itself. It's a bit like lodging a claim over a car accident a couple of years after it happened. If the damage was actually caused by the rootkits in First4Internet's products, why has nothing been done there?

It could be argued that Sony-BMG are just shooting themselves in the foot by placing such an intrinsically improbable claim so long after these events, and when everyone knows that First4Internet – ironically, with the accolade of Sony sponsorship – had created a problem for Sony's customers. Where is there – after all this time –– any evidence of damage done to those who bought a MediaMax product?

Sometimes a need to make a projection on to a totally innocent party comes to a player who is on the brink of a responsibility problem.
