Bitters needs to convert Common to Preferred period. Shareholders should not settle for anything less. Why should he sit better than the common shareholder? He draws an income from this company.

To the Board of Directors, and CEO Bitters, Do what is right for shareholders and the company, show us your confidence in the company and its leadership. Convert Common to preferred shares and do not dilute any further!
