WHP, I'm not sure of your situation. But I assume you have a lot invested. You are very "dialed in" to NVEI's short-comings and communicate very well.
Is there any chance that you could arrange to meet with Ketch face-to-face about these issues? That could likely be more productive than hundreds of emails and phone calls. IMO
