I also have no problem with recognizing TFN as a real company with a real product and much potential for growth....

The problem doesn't lie with TFN and its potential; the problem is related to how BKMP is structured. It derives no revenues from its investment in TFN. The company is supposedly in the process of buying back an additional 5 Billion shares of stock; yet the OS is growing and the company filed for and has distributed shares (diluted heavily IMO) from the 504 registration.

How does this equate? It does not...you cannot be diluting and buying back shares at the same time!

Sandy put this shareprice exactly where it is at....no question about it!
