Wealth, it is questionable if the filings will need to address the issue as it occured after quarter end. Possibly, only on the front page when it demonstrates the number of shares outstanding as of the filing date. We shall see.

Apparantly Foley and Lardner are overseeing every stock and legal move the company makes.
