Yes, it's PTR that BP is selling.

SNP is China Petroleum.
PTR is PetroChina.

That was confusing. I had to go back and re-read that press article a couple of times to get it right.

That would explain the bigger sell-off on PTR, compared to SNP.

Maybe SNP is the buy here, since it's only being "pulled down" in sympathy with PTR.
