I have a quesiton, why is the second part necessarily negative? If SEC inquiry was about insider trading, then why asking documents all the way from 1/1/2007?
" inquiry related to the Company's clinical trials for Provenge®, the Company's Biologics License Application for Provenge filed with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA"), and the FDA's review of Provenge and related correspondence to and from the Company, from January 1, 2007 through the present. "
I wonder if this is not more about how FDA handled the review of Provenge and how Wall Street hedgefunds reacted to the insider news from FDA.
