Ich gehe fest davon aus das man es so steuern wird das die Mehrheitsbeteiligung erst nach Abschluss des Deals in Kraft tritt....also in ca. 2-3 Jahren. Sollte HRCT dann umbenannt werden....bei $ 1,50 einen 3/1 Split machen um an die NAZ zu wechseln....dann werde ich damit leben können ;)
