GDTI is an american company with the most reliablr scanning detection software in the world . All protected by patents . The United States gov. has had access to this software for over 2 years and has never implemented it . The Russians had aHomeland Security show a year and a half ago with over 60 countries presenting . Their scientists voted GDTI best in show . They have been trying to install it for a year but they needed an export license . They now have the license and are about to install it nationwide .
