I don't necessarily think NVB walks away....I think he stays...albeit in a lesser role.

If NVB has a power hitter in the wings he really is STUPID for handling things in the manner he did...NVB has played games with the previous trust that held the original debt....BIO-LLC took a more ACTIVE role out of the gate IMO...the key IMO lies in the amendment......NVB went from keeping ZERO of his common shares to KEEPING 5.5 MILLION common shares....he now must FUND the company until the drop dead date in August and then cough up roughly $8-10 MIllion to buy out BIO-LLC.....NVB's funding of the company is at the discretion of BIO-LLC...the heavy hitters in this behind the scenes struggle are Brown,Lerner,McLinden and Slaven...IMO of course.
