I am amazed that one of the most valuable aspects of that whole email went totally overlooked!

Don't people read the lines, much less, between them?

Would people rather Keith be some candy-ass who is worried about hurting feelings?

Not me!

IMO, that statement is the essence of what I want in a CEO, and it tells me my money and confidence is well placed. Keith sounds a tad like a bulldog out for blood, which suits me just fine!!!!!
