Bobalink, penny stocks are always pushed regardless of the earnings. To my recollection, BICO who changed its symbol to BILO had billions of shares and the stock was pushed to .99 cents.

Then what you are saying is that in order for PPS to hit .25 cents HISC has to execute a R/S? I believe that a R/S will happen, but only after the PPS is pushed to .25 cents then drops back down to a cent.
