Crowe: I just did the math. With my helium-balloon levitated La-Z-Boy recliner taking off from SFO and riding at an altitude of 14,500 feet (enough to clear the Rockies and still not need to carry oxygen tanks), I bleeve I can average 30 mph due east northeast. This will get me into Newark in just under 100 hours flight time.

The only unsolved part of the flightplan is those Midwestern thunderboomers in the summer.

I think I may postpone the trip until Fall. Then I can launch on a Thursday and be over the Rockies in time to catch Saturday college football and the Sunday NFL on a battery powered portable TV from my aircraft/recliner.

Man, just like JetBlue but without the gate delays and with a better seat.

This rig is zero emissions (except from the in-flight "air drops") compared to a G550.

Next thing you know, Cisco will be wanting to buy one.

Butt mine wil always be armchair serial no. 00001, FAA certificated.

I may take a handheld CB radio to talk to truckers on the flight. Give them traffic reports and such from my perch.
