Why don't you first check with Skolnick if he wants shareholders to alert the media about publications, rather than ask lawyer friends? The point is not whether it's legal, it's whether the company wants your participation in its promotional affairs or not. I've got no problem with you trumping this company to your friends and family. I doubt if your help is desired by CYGX.
