RehabCo, a wholly owned subsidiary of American HealthChoice, has entered the business of manufacturing and distributing medical equipment. It is not our goal to manufacture or distribute commodity products. Rather, it is our goal to provide revolutionary medical equipment solutions.

Our first product is the Omnibody Scan and it is truly revolutionary. The Omnibody Scan highlights areas of abnormality within the human body and, when used as an adjunct tool with existing technologies, is able to identify problems in time for early treatment and/or prevention.

The Omnibody Scan is both an infrared imaging camera and a complete infrastructure that will provide accurate "reads" and interpretations to both the patient and the health care provider. The camera will soon be FDA approved, is affordable, will be fully supported by a trained staff and will not have the negative side effects of existing X-Ray technology. We believe the Omnibody Scan will make a difference in the wellness of people everywhere.

We are working diligently to provide new, affordable and revolutionary solutions that will someday be staple products in hospitals, Wellness Centers, physicians' offices and disease prevention and screening facilities.
