Terax Energy (TEXG)

there'll be a name and ticker change from Terax energy to Westar oil... the closing process will take a while with the transfer agent to issue out dividend (a week, maybe two weeks- according to Steven Taylor, two weeks at the most, in his PERSONAL opinion).

When the transfer is complete we should be expecting TWICE AS MANY WESTAR OIL SHARES. i.e: if I have 1000 TEXG shares today, in two weeks it should be 2000 WESTAR OIL shares (assuming, it goes public and everything runs smoothly and in a timely manner) .

I called Steve Taylor today and that's what he explained to me!
