ArcherDanielsMidland (ADM) Rice facility in Arbuckle, California has been
commissioned and is producing SRB. This facility is part of an agreement
withADMRice Inc., an operating division of ADM, which was previously announced in
April 2007. Under the agreement, NutraCea has installed its proprietary
ricestabilizationtechnology into the Arbuckle facility to produce SRB.
