OK I'm going back to my old theory...

AFs are done and they're waiting for the right time to release them.

Notice how the DOW is going down today and pennies are starting to rise... When we gapped up to .006 they released the European partnership when the DOW was in decline, however it recovered soon after.

The DOW has been on fire and it won't die... Usually by now the DOW is down and pennies are running strong! You will see many PRs and rallies when the DOW has a 5% or more correction...

Timing is everything!
