MMs do not like to pay our big dollars to redeem shares. They would prefer to buy smaller blocks so that their inventory remains very momentary. What this means for the SELLER is that even though you pay more commissions, you will make more per share by selling in smaller blocks.
My advice is don't sell more than $1,000 worth in any one batch, and try to not sell more than $2,000 worth per day.
By following that advice you will not be pulling the price back down during the run. If everyone would do something like that then everyone would be able to make more money because the supply would not exceed the immediate demand.
Probably wasting my breath (or key-strokes) here, but think about it.
