ActiveCore Appoints High Profile Hartland Media as UK Payment Solution Reseller

ActiveCore Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ATVE), a Company that operates as a payment technology solution provider with online, wireless and POS payment solutions, is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Hartland Media to allow it to resell the CyBux(TM) product to their existing high profile customers in the e-commerce kiosk market place in order to facilitate payment of digital downloads from their Virtual Vending Units to cell phones and PDA's.

Hartland Media, established in 1996, is a large scale UK based company that offers retail and hospitality solutions. Hartland maintains an impressive roster of clientele including big names such as HMV, Virgin Atlantic, Qantas, the Body Shop, Nestle and Coca Cola. Some of the solutions provided by the Company include touch screen information and e-commerce kiosks, storefront touch screens, vending units and signage. Two of the Company's main products, the Any Place Retail and the Virtual Vending Solution, are especially prime candidates for our CyBux(TM) payment technology. These two products encompass the following:

Any Place Retail: -- used for self service purchasing, loyalty and gift card systems and payment or reward point redemption Virtual Vending: -- includes pay per use photo printing, digital music and ring tone downloads, gaming terminals, Internet kiosk and pay per use digital device charging for cell phones, mp3 players, etc.
