Seems alot of dissention, disgruntledness and fear on the board. The company is not communicating, and it upsets people. An emotional reaction to the unknown.

But if we review the facts, we may see a little clearer.

We have production and sales, the last filings confirm this.
We have the construction onging, they have given us an update, albeit not in the last few weeks.
We have two new board of directors, and if you research them, they are very heady, solid people.
We have seen cost cutting in Mr. English and Col. Pandey, and we can assume continued cost cutting has been done, in areas that are not required to be published.
We know, through filing, that a third dryer is "in the system".
We know there is budgeted money from the FG of Nigeria for Nicosan. (desire for Nicosan to get to citizens).
We know that demand far exceeds supply, but we can deduce production is increasing through a myriad of sources, including filings.
We know BOD's have traveled to Nigeria very recently, from posts here on the board and other sources.
We know the company is in transition, through intuitive awareness to the BOD, IR changes.
We know we have invested, interested parties involved now that were not before. (oversite and monitoring).
We know we have commitment levels to achieve to continue bank funding. (Motivation to succeed).

We can continue to add to the list, but suffice it to say, this is enough to know that changes are being made, motivations and oversite are now increased, and it can be concluded that there are several entities, Governments, investors, banks, etc. that want to see this succeed, no, DEMAND that this succeed. The new landscape that is XeChem is beyond Dr. Pandey, now, he had the vision, he had the reins, he had the foresight, but now there are several org's and entities that share his vision, have backed him in this endeavor, and have a right to expect accountability and performance.

This all takes time. I will let the new involved people have a chance to show what they are made of. I am not going to fly to the office and demand information they will not give me. I am not going to call, incessently, along wiht several hundred others. I am not going to flood the inbox with e-mails or demand along with probably thousands of others. This is counter productive, and a distraction to what I assume their new "path/heading" is.
