I'm not very pleased about the current share price and trading
volume but I have not by any means given up on this company. The bottom line as to business growth and potential is still there.

I understand that Wu will be returning to North America next week and my contact is arranging a meeting with him and the other major investors to discuss the current situation.

I expect that the 20F filing will be completed soon and that should be the kickoff for some kind of turnaround. I do not believe that Wu would want to chair an AGM under the present company conditions and with so many disgruntled shareholders.

Patience will pay off and things will improve before August.

If I am able to meet with Wu I will report my findings.
