Now I can see the light !


1-Back in February (The 21), GBDX release a PR with the new Russia regulation on rough diamonds.

2-GBDX have dilute around 655M shares since this news (from february until today), but at the same time ALMAZ was accumulating GBDX shares.(E-TRADE was the MM in charge)

3-Actual situation ? ALMAZ own 450M shares, GBDX own 200M Restricted shares, 349M Shares are in the market (+ the short)

4-ALMAZ will continue to buy until September (10M Shares/day) and after that they will release an offer for all the shares they miss.(GBDX BOD RESTRICTED SHARES + LONGS SHARES)in order to go private !
