Thanks TR,

This does seem to be a determined team. I wonder how much
better they would be if Governmental agency's were more timely
with permits for the Testing, Improvements and Installations.

I know this is a long haul, and many are discouraged, how-
ever I do see a huge potential here. I am hoping for a big
payoff in two years. Before that would be pre-mature for this kind of investment. Maybe some spikes for traders?
