Aber guckt doch mal, wieviel Gewinn dort garantiert wird!!! Außerdem eine 100 %-ige Übernahme! Dafür reichen keine 41,5 Millionen Aktien! Allerdings verstehe ich aucht, wo sie 415 Millionen herholen wollen...!! Kapitalerhöhung und Herausgabe von "nur" 140 Millionen pro Jahr???
