I lost a lot more than $30k, and I'm definitely not broke... so RIM isn't out of the shadows of a potential problem because of past dealing, which are very well documented in multiple formats. Frankly, it's not about spending the money for justice... it's about how one spends their time. At this juncture I personally have far more important things to worry about than a few wanna-be "carnival barkers" who line their pockets at the expense of their prey. I have no doubt, none, that in due time what goes around comes around. Justice will prevail - no question. Hence, I don't lose sleep over any of this.
