Management stated in a PR that it had plenty of money to cover daily operating expenses. Then, Michael in IR was quoted as saying the company was issuing shares to cover some expenses. This was after the fact, so why did management issue the statement they were financially in no need of dilution? This is the kind of thing that I have brought to this board. No lies here, just fact. How about just recently when they loaned Global money. That money could have been much better spent. It could have been used to pay a dividend to us. If they would announce a dividend, this stock would triple over night. It would scare the shorts out, like right now! IMO, this stock is being heavily shorted. Large float stocks are targets and shorts have already seen that management cares and does nothing to help the share price out. A dividend would start the ball running. They could dilute later at a higher share price and recover the money paid on the dividend. There are many examples like this that I have pointed out. I did so not to hurt this company, but to inform those that didn't get it. I am long and buying more. I will say this again, the difference between me and other longs on this board is truth. I tell the truth as I see it, read it and understand it to be. Almost always, what I post eventually comes to fruition. I also state that what I post is of my opinion. I would "NEVER EVER" intentionally lie to hurt this company. Another difference between me and other longs is the hard fact that I can afford to lose all the money I have invested in this stock. I am not afraid where others are. You don't see me panic selling cause CHUD said something out of character. I don't flip this stock either.
I don't hate you or anyone else on this board. I truly like this company and feel it will reward us all at some point. Everyone makes mistakes, you, me and management. But when you are a publicly held company like EFGO, management becomes accountable to its share holders for their actions and the share price. It is our right and responsibility to question their judgment, their actions and their motives when they are using our money to build the company or line their pockets. It is your right as a share holder to demand that your money be spent wisely. You can call me a basher if you wish, but I see myself as someone who Isn't afraid to question management and bring an honest opinion which is based on fact as I see it and understand it, to this board. I wish you luck Brian and anyone else who hates to see me post. All I ask is just think about things.
Luck and wealth to all..
