IF the case involves 2007 activity AND if it's of a personal nature relating to Mr. Matin, THEN Audited Financials are not being delayed due to this case because the case would be IRRELEVANT to the 2005/2006 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.

(keep in mind that the PLAINTIFF is listed as Javeed Matin NOT Veltex Corporation)
