Don't believe these guys can do anything legaly to ERHC. Its just an oversight committee that investigates and then offers new reforms, new legislation to Congress on anything they find, and there isn't anything that ERHC can provide that the DOJ and SEC already don't have. This investigation is just another waste of US tax dollars. If you ask me, as a taxpayer, this is a major abuse of discretion, with so many major security risks out there, for the committee to waste their time on this, they should all be voted out of office the next election.
