Just spoke with Mr Martell. He confirmed that the company's 10K report, for year-ending April 30, is due July 30, and as in the past, the company plans to meet the filing deadline.

Secondly, he confirmed also that the company has a total of four patent submittals, two from the CSBR arrangement made with the four doctors associated with John Hopkins, and then two more that they "inherited" as a result of the merger with BioMerks. Unfortunately, he also confirmed that the patent office does not provide "updates" prior to decision, so all they know is that all four are still "under review" with the patent bureau.

From the comments he made, it also appears that they are doing pre-clinical trials in tandem with the patent-approval submittals. With those generally taking 6-12 months, we may hear about the patent pursuits about the same time as the trial results. That bodes well for knowing whether any or all may be approved/completed and ready for licensing this calendar year.
