Your vision is from God in my opinion, I love it run with it you will never regret it and heaven will rejoice!
To answer your questions?

1. Christians, sad to say! I could say more but I think you know what I am saying. LOL
2. Don't call it a church service, think like a sinner for a minute? Does the fisherman eat his bait? No, the fish do. Think outside the box and you will touch many. Concerts games events etc. special speakers exciting testimonies, creating an atmosphere of faith, hope and love will always be an environment to touch a persons heart.
3. You have some great idea's there are some good Christian comedians out there no one has to know they are a Christian, invite for a night of music and comedy with a message. I am sure you will come up with some great ideas.
4. Yes I have run events like this in South Africa; not sure the rules apply to the USA. The message is the same the methods will vary. Advertising, mailer flyers radio newspaper posters.
5. If my schedule allowed it yes.
6. Pastoring special seminars etc. counsel and advice.
7. Yes possibly!
As for your thoughts on paying for the gospel I pretty much agree. The companies that print and advertise the books set the price not the author, the cost of concerts is hefty, Carmen used to give free concerts and just received a love offering he almost had to file bankruptcy. Sometimes Christians will give more love then offering LOL! It's a dicey issue that sometimes is out of their control. I am still paying off airline tickets from speaking in Australia last year from churches who assured me there love offerings would more then cover my cost. I guess I know what you are saying but having been on both sides of the fence, I can see each side I may not agree with them but I do understand why they do what they do.
8. Single parent families who need a break and vacation big market to reach out to. Remember seeing a need does not always mean you are called to meet that need. Focus and specialize for a higher impact, vision always grows. Faithful in little will be faithful in much.
9. I think I have done that already.
10. I did above!

It is my experience that 95% of Christians never fulfill their God given vision, the 5% that do always seem to be persecuted by the 95% that don't. Wish it wasn't true but life experience tells me it is.
Sad but true many churches may view what you are doing as a threat, they may not believe that you are not planning to start a church. The other problem you may run into will be churches that already have a wed night service they will be threaten by yours. No mater how pure your motives are in this others will not see it that way, even some you may love and respect. If God said to do it, go for it.
