I agree - But, is that a detail that you would have held the exchange up for for another two or three weeks?
Clearly, they decided to push the fledgling exchange out the window before they were sure it could fly, betting that they could fix the problems before it hit the ground.
The process for wiring funds back to the investors was a casualty of that decision.
When it all works out, we will look back and say - well, it wasn't that big a deal. Right now, it's pretty scary.
