In my opinion, I am giving .25 cents on pumping due to expectation of good "concrete" news. This does not mean that the PPS will continues to go up. If it goes higher then something big is happening. My sell order is placed at .25 cents.

Penny stocks usually are pushed before dropping and executing a R/S.

HISC seems to be pushing one product and a company cannot live on one product. This is the reason why many companies are diversifying.
