Looks similar to a dividend play.

Once a dividend is announced the stock usually rises to the additional value of the dividend up to the distribution date. This dividend effectively took place on July 1.

Stocks then turn around after the divided and continue on their normal trajectory.

If this is one of many positive annoucements the trajectory should be great.

I wish I knew the value of the stock distribution.
