Need some help from someone who can read filings better than I.

Here's an excerpt from the last RBIO 10Q.....
STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY (DEFICIT)

Common stock, par value $0.001; authorized
120,000,000 shares; 20,564,214 and 114,214
shares issued and outstanding,


Based on a statement in the introduction to the filing, the 20.5 figure is the OS....
These "duel" numbers are very common in 10Qs and 10Ks.
So, what does the 114,214 number represent?......the float?
