Missing a few predictions too:

In a thoughtful, well documented post in late December ("Scenarios for AMEP’s Future—2007 and Beyond," post #15982), falconer arrived at worst and best case scenarios of $.90 and $4.50 for 2007. It was a fine analysis, and I have it on my bulletin board. By falconer's reckoning, what has happened since is a disaster.

Enter the new mantra: Get on board and vote for the proposal. What choice do you have? It might not be so bad, anyway. After all, at least two seasoned posters, heavy hitters in our book, are on board for it, even if they, like most of us, don't care for what’s in it. And forget that talk of unlimited potential. Lower your sights a bit and pray to the Sheik of Geronimo that you get a return on your investment.

The issue is not whether we agree or not to the RS. The issue is that we have a choice at all. If the RS passes, it is the last time, ever, that shareholders will have a say in this company. If you think you don’t have a say now, vote yes and see how that empowers you.

Shareholders are under water or headed there because the CEO is water boarding. Hold your breath and don’t cave in. If you cave to this, you cave to everything this guy does from now on. There is no reason to play nice with him. He may be a good ol’ boy, but he doesn’t give a good GD about you.

Vote no.
