nothing has fundamentally changed in the business prospects of the company or has it?

uh, slightly.. Lets see. Your shares off the bat will be worth 1/3 their value and then they will continue to decrease as they release shares in the market. They could be sitting on 10 'Monster wells' but if they keep diluting the stock, the only people making money are the ones selling stock. So, yes, things have changed alot.
