I don't think you understand the tactics here.. CB , I believe , never intended to yield $7.5M from his preferred shares. He knows when he sells off his shares the price will drop. Thats why he started with 7.5M. He doesn't CARE! As long as he can sell off most of his shares on the way down he gets his investment back and then some. When the stock drops back to couple pennies,, he'll probably buy it all back at pennies on the dollar and do it all over again to a bunch of new naive investors.

ANd the people complaining here arent hurting this stock. CB killed it!! To blame irate investors for the price drop is ridiculus!! What new investor on earth would buy this stock now with the info thats out there? Oh yea, I guess he is already collecting his next set of naive investors already.
