Thats a big IF jimmyquick. Im under the assumption there is no longer a buyout because the pps at .06 doesnt act like a buyout is taking place. Thus i think its very possible they can be issuing themselves more shares after all its a pinksheet and not verifiable and we are not even allowed to know the transfer agents name. Turning your question around i guarantee you they would be buying up the stock up like crazy at these prices IF a buyout was really going to happen and the pps would not be at .06 right now
