Nov. 15--AM Communications is seeking to exit bankruptcy by breaking itself into three companies.
The Milford Township company has finalized asset purchase agreements with three companies that are controlled by people who are employees or board members of the cable equipment and services provider. ''''''''''''''''''''''''''' AM Communications, Inc. designs, manufactures and markets network monitoring systems, which include hardware and software, to the broadband communications market, primarily for cable TV systems. The company has applied its technical strengths in RF communications, microprocessor controlled circuits and application software to produce a proprietary system that allows CATV operators to monitor the performance and operation of the complete broadband transmission network, thereby enhancing network reliability and optimizing performance.
