According to the timeline laid out by Rees, this week should be the week the deals are closed by....


May 18th PR: "we should be in a position to close each of Team and Cementer's within the next six to eight weeks."

May 31st PR: "We are very pleased that our investment bankers have confirmed that Cementers is a quality acquisition and that funding, subject to normal audits and due diligence, will be in place to close the transaction on or before the anticipated timeframe"

July 2nd PR:

"this process is moving forward smoothly and we anticipate a closing within early 3rd quarter" (talking about Team)


6-8 weeks from may 18th would be sometime between july 2nd and the 16th or so. So we should be getting more news on the deals being finalized either this week or next I would think.
