I have found that difficult direct questions will not be answered. And the heavy dilution is right on. The website is DOA is one more sign, they are getting ready to turn out the lights if they had a real office.

I do not think they are in merger talks with anyone as someone here suggested.

I also notice that friends of insiders who also surf no longer are posting.
