Thats good. I hope you guys win something. If youre going to sue, you're going to sue for it all right, fraud. You have to get your judgment first dont you? Bankruptcy is another issue. Bankruptcy being dismissed doesnt stop your fraud lawsuit in another court. You might only accidentally help other creditors by putting money behing their efforts instead of your own. Dont you need to become a real judgment creditor first? They might just claim youre a Vampire business. How can you stop that?
