YES, unless shareholders want to spend $50K in civil court.

There is still an option to initiate a criminal trial, it's more or less free, but that wouldn't directly result in any monies being paid back.

Pressing for discovery in a BK hearing would cost only $5-10K, unless Corey tried to stall it off for years.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
