Let's let him answer Tex. If EVENNEVE and Replevin are legitimately on the side of shareholders who were defrauded, this upcoming bankruptcy case is a free gift.
It's a chance to have the State of Texas examine the company from top to bottom, determine if there was a fraud, who conducted it, who financed it, where the money is now, and if there is any money, to award us some as creditors.
It's far less costly than suing in civil court. I've been that route. That will cost around $50,000 plus expenses, and an asset search involving overseas hedge funds and bank accounts might drive the cost higher.
Anyone NOT in favor of letting the State of Texas handle this is obvioulsy not on the side of shareholders.
