If either you or Replevin woud be willing to help us object to Corey's motion to dismiss the BK and learn about the assets and financing deals that made this fraud possible, you would have all of your current questions answered under oath. Much better than message board stuff, which is subject to twisting and spinning.
You continually mention other shareholders whom you're helping. I bet they would be interested in joining our group of shareholders, since it appears we all have the same interests at heart.
In a legitiimate legal proceeding, those you claim think I am "less than honest" would have a chance to decide for themselves well in advance of going to trial. If it turns out I am not, the group could decide to continue without me.
Even without me on the case, the plain and simple evidence that Paul Taylor wrote each and every materially fraudulent PR is enough, all on its own, to spark civil AND crimial suits with a decent chance of shareholders winning either, or both. Personally, I can't wait to see what the SEC says when the lawyers present his email claiming he showed the SEC recipts, purchase orders, and bank accounts totaling over $50 million in revenues. Especially when the president of the company publicly stated to the best of his knowlege that Telatinos didn't even HAVE a bank acount.
I think that if we all worked together, we could make a much stronger claim for fraud and it might only cost each of us a few hundred $$.
