Excellent insight, rocket. If my friendly neighbor, a jack-of-all-trades, is right--CTUM will likely manufacture a universal LTC device with built-in circuitry to accomodate varying voltages and frequencies. He pointed to my electric razor. A toggle switch (220v 50Hz/110v 60Hz) allows it to operate in most countries around the globe. Russia and Ukraine both use 220v/50Hz; USA 110v/60Hz
