NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Management of Medinah Minerals, Inc. has always attempted to keep its Shareholders informed of the pertinent developments of the Company. All material disclosures are made when required; however, there seems to be an abundance of other information that may be important to the Shareholders’ general knowledge that Management may not have always touched upon.

In an effort to be more informative, Management is now implementing a trial question and answer (Q&A) format on its website. This will not be a chat room, rather a response to various Emails that contain the most frequently asked questions on a timely basis for all shareholders to review.

To participate, send your questions via the website to the Company's Email address and once a week the most frequently asked questions will be answered. Management cannot make certain disclosures regarding the companies with whom we are negotiating, but there are other questions that can be addressed. We will operate this question and answer board for one month and if successful as a shareholder information site, we will continue. Your questions will be required to be short and specific. Only the most frequently asked questions will be answered but if a question of particular importance comes up, we will address that as well.

This is not a site intended for disclosure purposes. All material disclosures such as News Releases will continue in the current venues.

As remains the company policy, any information posted on the website will continue to be the only source of current and correct information.
