if you think a shareholder base cant screw up a company, check the financial section of any news service...

look at how many companies bow to shareholder pressure and end up selling or whatever the case may be.

i read the finance section of various news agencies everyday.

lets just let esprit financial grow and make us money in the longer term... we will be happy.
