Much as I could simply suggest for anyone who is uncertain, to simply call Don R., I've already been informed by him that the 3.3M recently registered shares are not intended to be 'dumped', as CW fears, nor are they directly intended for Frank D.

I was informed that the only actual intentions for them are so there are shares available in the event warrants wish to be excercised or for payments for services rendered, such as to consultants. Don mentioned that they may also be used for future employee benefit programs, but that no one should be concerned about that since CSMG presently has no 'employees', despite how 'someone' may beg to differ, regarding what officers and/or directors are or 'may' be considered.

I did not ask if Frank has already been compensated in any way, or in what way he will be compensated. Some things I simply have no curiosity about, as I implicitly trust in Don's judgement and decisions. No one can squawk about Frank's value to the company, so any discussion about it is moot.

While you make a very good point about being prepared for FDA approval, it should be remembered that the first manufactured units/devices will be made to accommodate Russian (or EU) power sources, which are different than U.S. power sources.

Either way, yes, Russian approval does allow CSMG the confidence to proceed with manufacturing...a time consuming process that can begin immediately.

From all that I gather, the CFO, Bruce J., is quite on top of the LFG side of things, and that in truth, it has not been 'shelved' in any way, shape, or form. I get the feel that we could hear something on that front just as surprisingly as we did on the Russian, uh, front. wink

(rocketeer, I agree that the present pps is little to be concerned about, especially for the good many of us who have been patient thus far. LTC is such a fascinating technology in the ways it can and will be used, that you'd have to be a jagged man, not to see or appreciate it. Twenty years from now, today's shareholders will, on a slightly smaller scale, be comparable to MSFT shareholders of the late '80's.)
